Alcohol Testing

The individual pays $1.00 each test ($2.00 per day) to offset the costs of testing. If the individual's test registers any alcohol use then he or she is immediately taken into custody. If the arrestee fails to show for testing, their bond may be revoked or a warrant issued for their arrest in violation of the program.

Drug Testing

Participating districts will issue a bond order requiring the arrestee to refrain from drug use by showing up once per day, during specified times, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a Urine Analysis test.  The individual pays $5.00 per test to offset the costs of testing. If the individual tests positive for drug use then he or she is immediately taken into custody.  If the arrestee fails to show for testing, their bond may be revoked or a warrant issued for their arrest in violation of the program.
