The Williams County Park System Master Plan provides the necessary framework for Williams County to implement strategic improvements that will be of greatest benefit to the community and will identify future funding necessary to improve the system in terms of infrastructure, staffing, operations and maintenance.
Implementation of the Parks Master Plan will begin in 2024 with improvements and upgrades at Lookout Park and Kota Ray Dam. Construction updates will be posted to this page as timelines and plans are solidified.
Williams County has selected AGL Landscape Architects as the implementation architect and JE Dunn as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR).
