Williams County Sheriff’s Office seeks information about unreported sexual crimes
WILLISTON, N.D. (July 6, 2023): On June 30, 2023, 47-year-old Clinton Thomas McKinney of Williston was arrested after the Williams County Sheriff’s Office investigated a report that a minor had been sexually assaulted. McKinney is currently being held in the Williams County Correctional Center for Continuous Sexual Abuse of Minor (AA Felony). McKinney is originally from Colorado, but has lived in several locations, with Williston being the most recent.
At this time, the Sheriff’s Office is working to determine if there are other unreported sexual crimes that may have been committed by McKinney.
