Complete the form below to request a match from Williams County. Exclusions:
1. Project Categories: Only the following project categories are eligible for a Williams County match (slum/blight removal projects and transportation projects are not eligible for a match):
  1. Community health and wellness project
  2. Expansion or new business project that addresses a critical need in the area of: quality of life improvement, economic development projects, education, or health/wellness
  3. Preserving or opening a rural grocery store
  4. Libraries
  5. Placemaking, vibrancy, and downtown improvement area projects
  6. Museums
  7. Recreation-related projects
  8. Transportation
2. Eligible entities: Of the eligible entities (tribe, job development authority, regional council, or political subdivision of the state of North Dakota), a school district may not apply for a match. If you are a school district that is interested in applying for the Rural Catalyst Grant Program, and have questions about a match, please contact the Community Engagement Coordinator at grants@co.williams.nd.us
Match request forms must be received no later than 5 pm on Monday, November 17. Request forms will be reviewed with the Williams County Finance Committee on Thursday, November 20. Applicants will be notified of next steps after that date.
