Mobile Home Moving Permit Request

Per NDCC 57-55-11, a moving permit must be obtained by the owner of a mobile home before it is moved from its existing location. Please complete the form below to request a moving permit. Permits must be picked up in-person from the Williams County Assessor’s Office located inside of the Williams County Administration Building (206 E Broadway Williston, ND 58801).
