The current Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations were adopted by the Board of County Commissioners in September 2015 under the authority granted by Chapters 11-17.1, 11-33, and 11-33.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, and amendments thereto, and the Williams County Home Rule Charter.
