Special Event – Alcoholic Beverages Permit
Per Ordinance No. 2025-11-18, “Special event permit” means a permit that authorizes the permit holder to engage in the sale of alcoholic beverages at retail at a single special event as designated in the permit. To apply for an event permit, the applicant must be a qualified alcoholic beverage licensee within Williams County.
The application for a special event permit must be accompanied by a $25.00 fee. The fee is non-refundable.
