Combined Beer & Liquor License Application
Per Ordinance No. 2025-11-18, “Beer” shall mean any malt beverage containing one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume and includes an alcoholic beverage made by the fermentation of malt substitutes, including rice, grain of any kind, glucose, sugar, or molasses, which has not undergone distillation. “Liquor” means any alcoholic beverage except beer.
Township approval, a fire inspection, and application fee must accompany the application.
This application is for new licenses and license renewals.
