About
Per North Dakota Century Code 11-19.1-03, the Board of County Commissioners has the responsibility of appointing a County Coroner and County Morgue. Appointments are made for five year terms.
The current County Coroner is Seth Coughlin and the County Morgue is Coughlin Funeral Home.
