UPDATE: 7/20/2023 | Depending on weather and conditions, the USAFR is still planning to attempt an aerial adulticide treatment over Williston tonight, Thursday, July 20, but will also now be able include Watford City as originally planned. Treatments would begin near sunset. Residents may see a large military aircraft flying at low elevations while they are conducting their mission.

In collaboration with the Williston Vector Control District, the United States Air Force Reserve (USAFR) Youngstown Air Reserve Station 910th Airlift Wing will be conducting an adulticide mission over Williston and Watford City, weather and conditions permitting, between July 18 and July 20, 2023. You may see a large military aircraft flying at low elevations. Treatments will take place near sunset.

Zenivex E20 , which contains the active ingredient Etofenprox, will be used for the treatments. Zenivex E20 is a product approved for use in residential areas by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
