The June 9, 2020 election will be conducted as a "Vote by Mail" election. There will be no physical voting locations.
The ND Secretary of State will be mailing absentee ballot applications to every active and inactive voter. If you wish to vote in the June 2020 election, you must complete and return the application to the Auditor's Office by mail, fax, or in person.
Any person that is a United States citizen, at least 18 years old on the day of the election, a North Dakota resident, and has lived in the precinct for at least 30 days prior to the election may vote.
Ballots must also be returned to the Auditor's Office or can be submitted to the secure ballot box located on the south side of the Williams County Administration Building (206 E Broadway). More information about ballots can be found on the Absentee Ballots page
