In November 2008, voters in the district overwhelmingly agreed to pay $2 dollars per month for mosquito control. This tax appears on the water bill of Williston Residents. Efforts to include the tax on the electric bill of rural Williston residents were unsuccessful. As a result, we are sending a bill for this tax totaling $24, which accounts for $2/month for 12 months.
