AUTOMATIC BURN BANS IN WILLIAMS COUNTY |

Williams County has an Automatic Burn Ban policy. Any time the Rangeland Fire Index is at Very High (orange), Extreme (red) or the National Weather Services issues a Red Flag Warning a Burn Ban is in effect. Open burning is not allowed during a burn ban and subject to fines for burning during a ban. If you have any questions contact DES at 701-577-7707.
