MISSION STATEMENT

To provide the highest quality services within Williams County with professional public safety communication service by developing and providing Enhanced-911 to the citizens and cities therein, and those that travel through.  We will strive to continue enhancing our system to best saves lives; protect property and civil welfare of the county.

The rapid and accurate collection, exchange and dissemination of information relating to emergencies and other vital public safety functions to responders are vital to achieving this mission.

The stakeholders involved in this system are county residents, schools, fire departments, emergency medical services (EMS) law enforcement, public works and people passing through.
